At the Prestbury WI hall on the evening of 8th December, nineteen members spent a thoroughly enjoyable 2 hours making their own Christmas wreaths. Thanks to all who took part.

our charity. A big thank you to all who came along to support the event and a very special thanks to the organisers, contributors and helpers.

Every website on the internet uses energy when visitors interact with the content, through the servers, network & data center hardware.
This has a significant energy & environmental impact. A recent test of how ecofriendly & efficient the design of the prestbury-wi.org.uk website is, produced some very positive results. The test report is shared below, courtesy of the ecograder.com test website:

17th August 2022 - Cream Tea 🧁 at WI Hall
Many thanks to everyone who helped and came along to the Cream Tea in support of this charity event.
We had a large turn-out & £414 was raised in aid of Breast Cancer.
12th July 2022
Another great 4 mile walk from Hailes Abbey with some stunning scenery, followed by very welcome refreshments at the finish. Although it was hot & humid, we were lucky with the cloud cover. We always manage to see some interesting sights.
9th July 2022 - Prestbury Festival
Thank you to everyone who helped and supported the WI stall. We made £415 on the day.

🇬🇧 Prestbury WI celebrated the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with afternoon cream teas & cakes at the WI Hall on Saturday 4th June. The event included a craft workshop, displays depicting WI activities through the decades from 1952 to present day, a craft & cake stall as well as baking & floral competitions. The afternoon was extremely well attended. A big thank you to all who attended and a special thanks to the organisers & helpers.

The Afternoon Tea & Craft Sale held at the WI Hall was very well attended.
Many thanks to all the visitors who supported our event. Also a very big thank you to our crafters
who contributed to the Craft stalls and the volunteers for helping out on the day.

Seven members of the Walking Group met at Beckford village today for a 3 mile walk around the
nearby countryside followed by a stop off at the Beckford Silk Shop & Eatery for coffee and cake.
